The concept for this production was Brechtian.  Rooted in the idea of storytelling, the actors constantly changed costume elements in full view of the audience in order to change character.  The unit set incorporated elements of both dock and ship, including a large sail which was used as a projection screen to present maps and scene synopses as the play progressed.
